Return Policy

Happy puppers and pawrents is our main goal! If you’re not happy with your purchase, let’s chat! We offer refunds within 10 days of your package being delivered.

Barkin’ will accept items that are unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original unopened packaging (when applicable) or with original tags attached. 

Email us at shopbarkin@gmail.com and please give a brief description of why you’d like to return the product and we’ll do our best to solve the issue!

Please include your order number and “Return” in the subject head.

Due to the nature of the product we will not refund chewed or worn products. If you are unsure of whether or not your item is eligible for a refund please don’t hesitate to include images in your email.

 

Sale Items 

Items purchased on sale or with the use of discount codes are final sale.

 

Returns 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return. Please ensure that you have all original packaging (when applicable) and/or tags. To complete your return please include proof of purchase such as your receipt/invoice or order number. 

Please allow 5-10 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued. We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return.

When we receive your product back (and if your product is in the condition stated above) we will refund your order to your original method of payment. 

If the condition of your item is not approved for return it will be sent back to you. Barkin’ reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been chewed, worn, or altered in any way.  

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and recommend choosing a shipping method that has tracking and/or insurance. Barkin’ will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

 

Exchanges 

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to exchange a product, please follow the procedure for returns and visit us to submit a new order for your desired items.

 

Defective Items

Items damaged by your pet (i.e. chewed, ripped or soiled) or due to misuse (used in a way other than the products intended use or washed incorrectly) or changes in product due to wear and tear will not be considered defective and will not be eligible for return.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of date of delivery in order to request a replacement item. Barkin’ will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.

Barkin’ reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been chewed, worn, or altered in any way.
