Barkin' is a female owned and operated business based in Vancouver, Canada.
We design with a commitment to create aesthetically pleasing, yet highly practical solutions for pet owners who crave both elegance, efficiency and, above all, a closer bond with their beloved pet.
Barkin' is a lifestyle brand that is produced in small batch quantities, making each collection and colour run even more special.
Described as "le Jacquemus de tous les pawrents" by a sweet customer, our designs embrace modern minimalism combined with playful colour palettes and shapes.
We love beautiful design for the everyday life of a dog parent, but most of all, we love our furry friends.

Meet the Team

Inés is the human behind the brand. The Barkin' story began when her daughter turned one, around the same time her pup attended Growl Class.

She believes in the power of art and design to enhance our lives without compromising function. Barkin' checked this box and more: fashionable products that worked, a means to help support her family, and proof to her daughter that motherhood and entrepreneurship combined is possible!

After a year of design and development, she officially launched our signature Treat Pouch in Spring 2023. Barkin' is now available in boutiques all over world.

When she is not working, Inés keeps busy as a toddler mom and an animal portrait artist.

Mister Boeing

The four-legged inspiration behind Barkin', this is Mister Boeing. Over time, he has grown to be reactive while on the leash. He is also passionate about his food which led to a moment before Growl Class where he got into our previous treat pouch and ate all of his training treats.

The idea for Barkin' was born and Inés began the journey to create a line of accessories designed to help him live a healthy life and experience relaxed, happy walks!
